Fifth French Army is commanded by Marshal Soult
Anglo-Portuguese Army is commanded by Lord Wellington
Each Army has 64,000 infantry, 4,000 cavalry and 120 guns
Tolosa Campaign Area
The Tolosa Phase is the fifth part of the Bayonne Campaign
The French objective is to take and hold Mondragon, Savaltiere or Kurutze
